1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using BookGermanTest.com ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our Service. These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and BookGermanTest.

2. Description of Service

BookGermanTest is a free information aggregation service that checks publicly available exam slot information from German language examination providers (including but not limited to Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD, and ECL) on a schedule and notifies users when those checks find new slots via email and Telegram, and on WhatsApp for WhatsApp pass holders.

WE DO NOT:

  • Book exam slots on behalf of users
  • Guarantee availability of any exam slot
  • Have any affiliation, partnership, or endorsement from Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD, ECL, or any other examination body
  • Access any user's account on examination portals
  • Store examination portal credentials

3. Free Email Alerts and the WhatsApp Pass

Email alerts and our public Telegram channel (@bookgermantest) are free. WhatsApp alerts are optional and paid: ₹399 in India or $4.99 elsewhere for 30 days, taxes included. Each payment adds 30 days from the payment date, or from the end of a pass that is still active. Days keep counting while your number is unlinked or WhatsApp alerts are stopped. There is no auto-renewal. Refunds: if WhatsApp alerts do not work for your number, email hello@bookgermantest.com within 7 days of payment for a full refund.

4. No Affiliation Disclaimer

BookGermanTest is an independent third-party service. We are NOT affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to Goethe-Institut, telc, ÖSD, ECL, TestDaF, or any German language examination authority. All trademarks, service marks, and logos of examination bodies belong to their respective owners. Our service merely aggregates publicly available information for user convenience.

5. User Responsibilities

By using our Service, you agree to:

  • Provide accurate information when subscribing to alerts
  • Use the Service only for personal, non-commercial purposes
  • Not attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or redistribute our data
  • Not use automated tools to access our Service
  • Comply with all applicable Indian laws and regulations
  • Book exam slots directly on official examination portals at your own discretion

6. Information Accuracy

While we strive to provide accurate and timely information, we make NO WARRANTY regarding the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of exam slot information. Exam availability can change rapidly, and users should always verify information on official examination provider websites before making any decisions. We are not responsible for any discrepancies between our alerts and actual availability.

7. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW:

  • BookGermanTest shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service
  • We are not responsible for missed exam slots, failed bookings, or any loss resulting from reliance on our Service
  • We are not liable for any actions taken by examination bodies, including changes to exam schedules, pricing, or availability

8. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of BookGermanTest (excluding third-party trademarks) are owned by us and protected by Indian copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our express written consent.

9. Service Modifications

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time without prior notice. We shall not be liable to you or any third party for any modification, suspension, or discontinuation of the Service.

10. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service immediately, without prior notice, for any reason including breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will cease immediately.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

12. Dispute Resolution

Before initiating any legal proceedings, you agree to first attempt to resolve any dispute through good-faith negotiations by contacting us at hello@bookgermantest.com. If the dispute is not resolved within 30 days, either party may pursue legal remedies.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.

14. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
